A lovely, accessible practice to gently move and stretch the whole body.

2️⃣ Hip Opening Yoga
Release and create space around the hips, with Half Moon Pose & Bridge Pose.

3️⃣ Full Yogic Breath & Core Strength
Connect with your breath while building strength and stability through the core.

4️⃣ Nadi Shodhana, Full Moon Salute, Tree & Bow Pose 🌕
Alternate nostril breathing, mindful movement, balance and heart-opening poses — finishing the week feeling grounded and renewed.

💫 Every session is infused with Reiki healing to help you relax, restore and reconnect with yourself.

Absolute Wellness

I’m back from an incredible weekend in Paris 🇫🇷 with 2 of my children and filled with so much gratitude. ❤️

For all I’ve been able to see and do with them, memories forever; though I was so happy to see my son when we got back, as he didn’t come on this trip.

I think as parents we underestimate quite the effort that goes into making sure a holiday can happen and goes to plan. Organising journeys, transport and navigating in a new city ( I struggle to do this in Glasgow!), expectations, eating out… the pictures don’t always reveal the stress of making sure everyone is happy.

However on the way home there’s that moment of pure gratitude that all went so well, and that we re all coming home healthy and happy and hearing them both say thankyou for the holiday as they went to bed ☺️

So don’t be sad to be home again, be grateful.
