I’m really excited that you may consider supporting my first venture to use the music that I’ve been busy creating over the last wee while.

This event has been created for a great cause, close to my heart and I’m starting with this one, due to a local family in East Renfrewshire, who tragically lost their beautiful son, Daniel, at 17 years of age.

Your support in buying a ticket and attending this event is special for all sorts of reasons. Helping to raise funds is a wonderful gesture but actively supporting myself to make a difference and also have the local opportunity to share my creative work, is very, meaningful and I thank you from the depths of my heart.

I’m no wild rocker as you most probably know – (or like I’m pretending to be in the photo!!!) – although I do love to sing, have sung all of my life and find it to be the most cathartically invaluable experience whilst trying to cope with my own pre-grief in currently losing my father to Alzheimer’s and Dementia; a disease which becomes a family disease as it affects everything around you.

I also, do have words and music that I’d love to share and if I can make a difference to other people’s lives and circumstances whilst doing that, then even better. I’m up for supporting all causes and I thank you for your support in this first gig.

All the very best from my heart to yours,

Maria
