When you don’t get the results you were expecting…
They’re better!
Gemma shared that since starting Strength Squad that pain she’d been getting at work had gone and she was actually celebrating reaching her strength goals.
How amazing is that?!
It wasn’t the goal when she started, but it’s the kind of change that actually impacts day to day life. It’s also made her believe the bigger strength goals she’s working toward are genuinely achievable, not just something she’s hoping for.
That’s what consistent training does. Not always the headline result, but the one that makes everything else feel possible.
