Bookings are now open for the next Kids Yoga for Mental Health block.
Designed to support children's emotional wellbeing, these sessions help young people develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience through yoga, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation.
Children leave with simple tools they can use both on and off the mat to help them navigate everyday worries, manage big feelings, and feel more balanced and calm.

I'm passionate about offering yoga for every age and stage. While I currently offer classes for children, adults, and families, there has always been one age group missing โ teens.
After speaking with local young people through and asking what would help them feel more comfortable trying yoga, a clear and consistent theme emerged: many wanted the opportunity to attend alongside their mum, dad, carer, or another trusted adult.
So I'm excited to introduce Teen & Me Yoga, a class designed to help teens and their parent, carer, or close adult slow down, connect, and unwind together at the end of a busy week.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation, you'll enjoy quality time together in a calm and welcoming space, leaving you both feeling more relaxed, grounded, and ready for the weekend.

Join us for our monthly workshop as we focus on the summer meridian lines of the Heart and Small Intestine. Through a restorative Yin practice, we'll gently open the heart centre and release deep-held tension within the body.
We'll also explore a range of concentration and meditation techniques, supported by pranayama (breathwork), to balance energy, calm the nervous system, and cultivate a greater sense of inner ease.
The workshop will conclude with a soothing sound experience, allowing you to fully rest and absorb the benefits of the practice. Together, these elements help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and leave you feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded as you move into the month ahead.
No experience needed - every body welcome
