We sat down with one of our newest members Zara to see how she’s been getting on at Legacy 💙
Zara’s been smashing 3-4 sessions a week nailing her nutrition and the results speak for themselves building muscle, dropping body fat and improving numbers on all her lifts
whilst still enjoying nights out with her friends and family
But what really stands out is the energy she’s carrying throughout her day and how much she’s taken to the atmosphere in the gym that’s the bit you can’t really put into words until you experience it yourself

Did you f**k it at the weekend??
Yeah me too but here’s how I kept the damage to a minimum all through June
Birthdays an engagement party and just life I had an amazing time but I was doing these a few things in between every single weekend to stay on track as much as I could
This is real life you’re not meant to be perfect
