Congratulations to Pawel and Stuart on successfully completing their TDI Advanced Nitrox & Decompression Procedures course today!
We were treated to some amazing conditions, giving us the perfect opportunity to fine-tune their equipment configuration, improve streamlining, and put into practice key technical diving skills including buoyancy, trim, gas management, stage cylinder handling and conducting planned decompression dives with confidence.
Fantastic effort from both of you throughout the course. It's been great to see your skills and confidence develop over the last few days. A well earned certification and another big step forward in your technical diving journey!
If you're interested in taking your diving to the next level with the TDI Advanced Nitrox & Decompression Procedures course, send us a PM for future course dates.

That’s a wrap.
What a week in Scapa Flow. From the Churchill Barriers to legendary wrecks including SMS Karlsruhe, F2 + YC21, SMS Kronprinz, König, Bayern Turrets, Dresden, Markgraf, SMS Cöln, Brummer, and V68, this trip delivered adventure from start to finish.
This wasn’t just about ticking off iconic dives it was about sharpening skills where it matters most.
Throughout the week, the team put their Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures training into action, with a strong focus on dive planning, teamwork, and executing every dive with purpose.
Big wrecks, dark water, history beneath us, and a week packed with learning, challenge, and serious fun. The divers threw themselves into every dive, pushed their knowledge further, built confidence, and came away with a huge amount from the experience.
Scapa Flow never disappoints and neither did this team. What a week.

Dive planning isn't just about "dive, dive, dive." Taking the time to prepare properly before you enter the water is what makes for a relaxed, enjoyable, and stress free dive. Don't let complacency creep in, good planning, clear communication, and sticking to the plan are what keep diving fun and safe.
That's exactly what the divers aboard New Chartered Adventures in Scapa flow are doing this week. They're putting the knowledge and skills they've gained during their TDI Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures courses into practice, proving that the best dives start long before you hit the water.
Plan the dive, dive the plan, and enjoy every minute beneath the surface.

Huge congratulations to Kris and Ali on successfully completing their TDI Helitrox CCR Diver course yesterday!
Over the past few days they've put in the hard work, developing their skills, confidence, and understanding of closed circuit rebreather diving.
From mastering buoyancy and emergency procedures to planning and executing dives, they've shown fantastic dedication every step of the way. Well done to you both an incredible achievement!
So, what is the Technical Diving International Helitrox CCR Diver course?
This course is the natural progression for CCR divers looking to extend their diving beyond air diluent by introducing helium-based breathing gases.
Using Helitrox reduces the effects of nitrogen narcosis, allowing divers to think more clearly and stay comfortable on deeper dives while taking full advantage of the efficiency of closed circuit rebreathers. It's a major step towards more advanced technical diving and opens the door to longer, quieter, and more capable underwater exploration.
