My aim when any client comes on board is for them to leave me happier within themselves, more confident in their ability, more knowledgeable when itโs comes to health and fitness and have new habits in place that they can continue with.
I donโt do fad diets. Lifestyle changes is key ๐

One thing that you will never be told when working with me is that you canโt have wine or chocolate. What kind of existence would that be?
Now of course, you must be sensible about the amount you consume but if itโs something you enjoy there is no need to cut it out.

๐๐ป Reality check ๐๐ป
This is my PERSONAL weight tracking graph which shows my (almost daily) weight for the last 17 months)
Itโs not a straight downwards line. Weight loss DOES NOT work like that. IF you are doing it right.
Your journey will be life long. So that means there will be periods where you gain weight. Holidays, busy times, times you arenโt feeling great etc - NORMAL!
Once you have the tools and knowledge then you will no longer fear gaining weight as you will know exactly what you need to do to get yourself back to where you want.
Knowledge is everything ๐
The journey is not a sprint ๐โโ๏ธ๐จ

Big shout out to my client for her amazing effort over the last 10 weeks.
Meganโs 10 weeks with me hasnโt been plain sailing! Life rarely is!
For the first 7 weeks, Megan was smashing her targets and making fantastic progress.
Then she became unwell and our priorities changed.
We shifted our focus from weight loss to getting her back to feeling better.
This is the perfect example of why teaching clients is more beneficial than just telling them what to do.
In life things will take priority over your health and fitness goals at times. Having the knowledge enables you to take control and get back on track whenever you need to.
Megan has done a fantastic job as you can see and her results are a testament to her effort ๐๐๐

If this hits a nerve then itโs time to do something.
Stop waiting for the right time. There will always be distractions, events, things that you think will derail you.
Thatโs life.
Donโt let another month go by were you have not pushed yourself toward where you want to be.

Outstanding results from on her 10 week transformation.
Let me tell you a little bit about her storyโก๏ธ
Lori came to me after seeing results from another client. She wanted to make changes, her 10 week goal was to improve her fitness and lose some weight. She also had a longer term goal of losing weight and feeling her best for her wedding next June.
Lori has a desk job so sits most of the working day but also has a couple of dogs that keep her fairly active. However she was struggling with consistency and needed someone to keep her accountable and keep her on the straight and narrow!
So we sorted out a step target and she committed to 3 gym sessions per week. We set out a simple strength training program that would build not only muscle but her confidence too.
She eats a pescatarian diet so she had to really work at keeping her protein up- which she smashed!
Every week she just worked towards her targets - honestly it was as simple as that.
She ate out, attended gigs and as a self confessed snacked- ensured she had her snacks each evening.
Now, here is another example of the scales not showing true progress. Loriโs scales have shown a 4lb loss over 10 weeks. However her photos tell a very very different story of her progress ๐
She has absolutely nailed her first 10 weeks and I am so excited to see what we can achieve in the next 10 ๐ฏ

My client J had spoken to me a while ago about how she felt stuck. She wanted to lose the last 21lbs or so to get to her target weight. She was working out 5-6 times per week but just not managing to achieve this on her own.
J is a busy mum of two little boys. So we had to establish a routine and set of habits that could fit around her lifestyle.
- We set a calorie and protein target
- We swapped some of her cardio workouts for resistance training and kept steps at a decent level.
- We focused on progress in other ways that wasnโt scale related.
- We worked on developing a more positive and realistic mindset
In the 10 weeks J lost over 11lbs but more impressively, she lost 11lbs while enjoying a family holiday, her birthday, other peoples birthdays and many other social events.
Jโs confidence also increased, telling me she wore dresses out in public that she would normally only wear in the garden and felt good in them!
Now the foundations have been set, she has the tools and knowledge to carry on working away at achieving her goals.
Amazing effort and her results speak for themselves ๐ฏ๐
