To the person in the first photo…

The one who lacked confidence, compared themselves to everyone else, and never truly believed in what they were capable of.

It’s possible to become stronger than you ever imagined, build confidence that isn’t based on others’ opinions, enjoy the process instead of chasing quick fixes, and become someone you’re genuinely proud of.

The photo on the right isn’t just a leaner body.
It represents years of showing up when it didn’t feel easy—years of mistakes, learning, and choosing consistency over perfection.

At the beginning, this kind of transformation might have felt impossible.

But that’s the thing…

You don’t have to believe it right away.

You just have to be willing to start.

So if you’re doubting yourself today, wondering whether you’ll ever get there…

Just remember…

It’s possible.

𝟏𝟎𝐤𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧… 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 👏

That headline doesn’t tell the full story.

In September, Zuzanna welcomed her second child into the world. Throughout her pregnancy, we continued working together, adapting her training, nutrition and goals to support both her and her baby.

There was never any pressure to “bounce back.” The goal was simply to stay active, healthy and enjoy the journey into motherhood.

Once she was ready postpartum, we gradually shifted our focus.

From January until now, she’s lost over 10kg.

No restrictive diets.
No hours of cardio.
No unrealistic expectations.

Just a plan that worked around life with two children, consistency over perfection, and trusting the process.

The transformation speaks for itself, but what I’m most proud of is the confidence she’s built, the healthy habits she’s created, and the example she’s setting for her family.

I’m incredibly proud of you, Zuzanna. 👏

Same person.

Two different fat loss phases.
Two very different approaches.

The guy on the left did cardio every single day and trained 5-6 times per week.

The guy on the right didn’t.

The guy on the left slashed calories down to 1700 and tried to survive on as little food as possible.

The guy on the right was tapered down gradually, keeping food as high as possible for as long as possible.

The guy on the left thought he was in incredible shape.

The guy on the right showed him what incredible shape actually looked like.

The guy on the left was “good” Monday to Friday, then went completely off the rails every Saturday and Sunday.

The guy on the right focused on consistency across the entire week.

The difference?

The guy on the left was trying to figure it all out himself.

The guy on the right had a coach.

A coach who knew when to push, when to pull back, when to increase activity, when to reduce calories, and how to get the most out of every phase without burning out.

The biggest lesson I learned?

Fat loss isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things for long enough.

Sometimes the fastest route to your best result is stopping trying to be your own coach and letting someone guide the process.

And for the record…

The guy on the left genuinely thought he couldn’t get much leaner.

He was wrong. 👏

Soppy post incoming…. 😅

Behind every successful journey is someone who helps carry the load when things get tough ❤️

Over the last 12 weeks, Megan has been there through every high and low. From cooking meals, joining me on countless steps, listening to me complain when calories were low, pushing me when I needed it most, and supporting me every single day without fail.

While my name might be attached to the photos, this result is just as much hers as it is mine. There’s no way I get through 12 weeks of hard work, sacrifice, and discipline without her in my corner.

Thank you for the encouragement, patience, support, and for always believing in me, even on the days I doubted myself.

I love and appreciate you more than you’ll ever know ❤️
