Doing what I do best… Stuffing my face x
My approach with exercise and diet that I apply to myself and encourage clients to take…
If you can’t see yourself sticking to what you currently do..
It’s probably not going to work long term.
If you yoyo in and out of training, or ‚eating well‘ or keeping up with fitness.
You need a simpler approach.
Something sustainable.
Something that actually works instead of just guessing and going round in circles.

When you’re short on time or just think "ahhhh sack it mate“ - this can be your go-to.
Soz about the fans in the background this was off the cuff video I made yesterday x
But yeah summer can be the busiest time, plans, away.
You think I’ll just put a pause on my sessions or I’ll just not go this week.
Instead of that - reduce your time in the gym if you need to.
Do 3-4 exercises.
Keep it simple.
Something over nothing 🤏🏼
Hoping some day soon I’ll just take off 🦅
