Our long summer evenings are disappearing and routines are back. We’re secretly buzzing for a new season.

We spent the summer months trialling things, changing things and most importantly asking you what you wanted more of.

So heading into September:

NHS + student discounts
Community classes on a sliding scale
Annual membership is back

And over in the reformer studio, our Unlimited Mat + Reformer membership is now open at £160 per month.

A little reset (it’s a good word) for the new season.

We are down to the finals spots before we close our next 250hrs Yoga Facilitator Training with form.glasgow, starting in October.

We’re so grateful we get to run this again with another group of humans who are curious enough to step in, learn more and study in depth of this ancient tradition that we so deeply love and respect.
