Clinch Workshop open to everyone this Sunday.
Sorry this is at very short notice, but we would love to see as many people there as possible.
The workshop will be led by our Thai Boxing coach and experienced fighter, Chris Moir. It will be a practical three hour session focused on understanding and using the clinch.
Sunday 6 September
11:00 to 14:00
Iron Skull Gym
£20 per person
This workshop is open to everyone. Members, non members, teenagers, parents, instructors, friends and family are all welcome.
Every penny raised will go into our defibrillator fund. We have already raised a little over £600.
This is the first in a series of workshops and events that we will run until we reach our target.

26 years ago I made one very good decision 😄
Without Sylwia there would be no Iron Skull Gym.
There would still be me somewhere obviously…. not here and still not knowing what I’m doing. 😂
Happy anniversary to the real boss ❤️

The holiday season is slowly coming to an end, and we can't wait to have everyone back on the mats! It's been so quiet around the gym without you all. We’ve missed the energy, the laughs, and the hard work. See you all back soon. Let's get back to training! 💪

Krav Maga training at ISG in coming week:
What happens when distance disappears?
We will be focusing on close contact – grabs, clinch and staying functional when someone gets hands on you.
When distance is already gone, structure matters more than strength.
