Five months ago, Emily and Cee-Cee joined our club. I still remember how nervous and quiet they both were on their very first day. 💜

It didn’t take long before they came out of their shells and were chatting away to us. Fast forward to now, and here they are with their friend Jessica, heading off to Flip Out together and spending time together outside of gymnastics too. 🥹

Being part of a sports club is about so much more than learning new skills. It builds confidence, creates lifelong friendships, and helps children step outside their comfort zones in the best possible way.

I absolutely LOVE seeing moments like this. They remind us why we do what we do. 💙

We really are one big family.
