Updates to run club sessions
As we are now into race season with 5k’s, 10k’s, half’s and beyond being booked into diary’s in order to help you plan your weeks runs and support you towards the start lines run club sessions going forward will follow the below plan to allow you to target your areas of development best.
Monday - RG - Steady state trail session (Mix of trails over undulating terrain) - the perfect session to train for trail races
Wednesday - KG - Steady state road session (beginner friendly routes with faster runners able to cover more distance if desired) - the perfect session to train for road races
Thursday - Bella - Intervals or Hills (short/long intervals or hill repeats) - the perfect session to build speed, strength and endurance
Sunday - Bella - Sunday social run - easy miles to recover the legs or build up distance towards your weekly mileage

Military coins, or challenge coins, are small medallions bearing unit insignias or emblems, used to symbolize membership, boost morale, and commemorate achievements or visits within the armed forces.
They are commonly exchanged to honor service, often presented by commanding officers, and have deep roots in honoring bravery and achievement particularly within army, navy, and air force traditions.
These coins are earned through hard work, discipline and commitment!
Throughout the year we will be celebrating achievements by awarding coins to those of you who go above and beyond, taking on challenges both in sessions and on expeditions!
