Looking forward to welcoming many more women to the event on 4 October who are now able to play a sport they always loved.

You might be surprised what benefits theses are?
Find out more at the website https://healthy-goals.org and hopefully you can join us at the event, help raise money for charity and get more people involved at their local clubs.

We know Ian's story is not unusual with many of our own players identifying the friendships that have been formed with fellow players as a major benefit of walking football sessions.
If it's football you want at a mature age, we have it.
If it's a reminder of all the dressing room banter you had at a less mature age, we have it too, in spades!!
if you want something to look forward to on a regular basis, we have that too
There are many clubs throughout Scotland and beyond playing Walking Football on a regular basis and I'm sure many reading Ian's story will recognise the values the sport brings.
