This is one of the biggest events of the year and an opportunity for our entire FORCE family to come together and celebrate the hard work, dedication and achievements of our students.

➡️Places are allocated on a 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚, 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙙 basis.
➡️We are 𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝙤𝙧 𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 for anyone.

That ranking wasn't given. It was built.

Years of consistent coaching. Students developed from white belt through to black belt. Results on the national competition floor, season after season.

But here's what actually matters to a parent choosing a club this term.

A standard set that high doesn't stay at the top. It shows up in how a five-year-old is taught to make a fist. In how carefully a stance gets corrected in week three.

Your child doesn't need to want to compete.

They'll just be coached by people who train the students who do.

The difference is that one group acts while the feeling is still there, and the other waits for a better moment that never quite arrives.

Teen and adult classes are running now. Beginners welcome, no experience needed.

Good luck to all our students that are sitting their coloured belt gradings this evening!

Here are the details:

⏰Arrive by 17:50. Grading starts at 18:00.

🥋Dress code: Full white ITF Dobok with your current belt. No black club uniforms. If you wear a T‑shirt under your Dobok, it must be plain white.

⏰Grading will run until ~20:00.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Parents: Please return to reception by 20:00. A team member will invite you into the training hall for belt presentations when we’re ready.

Only those who have been invited to the grading should be in attendance. If you normally attend a Tuesday evening class please make sure you catch up your class on an alternative day this week.

🥋 COLOURED BELT GRADING 🥋

Our coloured belt grading will take place on Tuesday 25th August.

Please note that all regular Tuesday classes will be OFF on this day. Only students who have been specifically invited to grade should attend the grading.

👉 If you normally attend a Tuesday class but are NOT grading, please attend an alternative class for this week only. Our club timetable is available to help you choose a suitable class.

A little reminder for all our members and parents: not every student grades every time a grading comes around.

Our instructors continually assess each student’s progress, development, technique, confidence and overall readiness before inviting them to grade. We ask that you trust our judgement and allow each student to progress at the right pace for them.

🥋 Everyone is on their own journey.
🥋 Progress at the right time is more important than progressing quickly.

We want every student to feel confident, prepared and proud when they step forward for their next belt.

First week back done.

New teacher. New classroom. New expectations. All in five days.

Some children took it in their stride. Others came home wrecked, quiet, or wound up like a spring.

Both are completely normal. But the ones who settle fastest usually have one thing going for them.

They're used to structured environments outside school. Places where you listen, wait your turn, follow through and get corrected without falling apart.

That's not a personality trait. It's practice.

And it's exactly what happens in every FORCE class.
