I’m Tracey and I’m a Solution Focused Coach & Hypnotherapist at MYB Solutions. I help clients get from where they are to where they want to be. I work with people affected by trauma, lack of confidence and low self esteem along those who want to replace unhealthy habits with new healthy habits. I get results by helping people to change how they think, feel and behave.
