Kieran wanted success so badly that the fear of failing was making him self-sabotage before he even got close enough to lose it.
Every time things started going well, something underneath would pull him back.
He’d miss an important task, overthink a situation, or create distance.
Not because he did not want it, but because a part of his subconscious had learned that good things get taken away, so it was protecting him by never fully letting him have them.
Through the Rewire Code we went in, found where that belief came from, deleted it at the root, and installed the identity of someone who does not just chase success but trusts himself to keep it.
This is what the other side of that looks like.

Let me introduce myself.
My name is Derek Elder.
I am a coach, hypnotherapist, and NLP practitioner… but before any of that, I was a 19 year old who had just lost the most important person in his life, with absolutely no idea how to carry on.
I built my business through grief, through taking on responsibility for three younger siblings, through watching family fall apart around me.
I kept going because it was the only thing I felt like I could control.
For years I threw money I didn’t have at the problem - coaches, courses, systems & strategies.
Thinking that if I just made more money, I would be happy.
£30k worth of trying to fix the outside while the inside was still running the same broken programmes.
It was only when I started doing the real work, on my beliefs, my identity, my subconscious mind, that everything changed.
My business grew, my relationships changed, I was proud of the person I had become.
The anger, the depression, the feeling of being stuck in my own way, gone.
Not because I worked harder.
Because I finally changed what was running underneath.
Over the last 5 years I have worked with and helped change the lives of 117+ clients across business, sport, and everything in between.
Now I work with entrepreneurs and athletes who are done being their own biggest obstacle.
People who are capable of more but cannot figure out why they keep getting in their own way.
People who can see exactly who they want to be, but cannot consistently show up as that person.
