Been a little quiet on here 🫢✨🤍
Currently in the depths of henny & wedding season for me. 2 down 4 to go 😅😅😅
Has it stressed me out that we are 9 days into July and I havent posted yet - Yes!!!
But trying to spin multiple plates at once never works.
Hence why my main focus in July is to solely focus on my team of amazing girls and giving them the best sessions I can. 💪🏼
It’s not always about building your team or posting about it. It’s about showing up for my clients that show up for me and making sure I provide the best possible service to them. 💪🏼💜

Another incredibly busy month in the team!
🚶♀️Kicked off the month with our Kiltwalk raising over £1700 for Alzheimers Scotland 👏🏻
🏋️♀️ Summer Bootcamp ‘26 was a go!
☀️ Scottish summer finally made an appearance and I become part time gardener in my out of hours.
🌶️ A spicy sat session with the zone girls.
☕️ Solo coffee dates are always a good idea.
🔁 Meal prep has been rinse & repeat to keep things easy in the busy weeks and on track ahead of a busy summer.
🌟 Our girl Aimee Mowat took client of the month after her 10/10 efforts in June. PBs in her races, stronger than ever and nailing her routine more than ever.
We also welcomed a few new girls to the team 💜

All of these meals takes no longer than 20 minutes to make. So there is no need for any convenience grab n go meals 🗑️

Client Shoutout 🌟🤩💪🏼
Over the last 12 weeks Jordyn has achieved amazing results through our Move Club Challenge before heading into her bridal package 🤩
This was the perfect starter pack for Jordyn.
✔️ We were able to nail a routine that is the perfect balance for her lifestyle and busy schedule.
✔️ Design daily habits that she could adhere to, were easily achievable and effective.
✔️ Getting comfortable and confident with strength training in a group setting so solo gym sessions were less daunting.
✔️ Make her programme enjoyable and the perfect fit for her.
We have now completed Jordyns initial deficit phase and we are changing direction slightly and turn up the intensity with training to create that sculpted look ahead of the big day ✨👰🏽♀️
A perfect example of how hard work takes time but the results are worth it - no fast fixes here 🔥
Excited to see what we can do in the next 16 weeks ✨💜

A week of workouts 🚶🏽♀️🏋️♀️💪🏼
A deep dive into what my week of training looks like. Focussing on 4-5 days on strength training prioritising full body functional movement & core as this is definitely something I have neglected in the past. 💪🏼
Cardio is incorporated via treadmill runs but I am very much missing a stair master in the studio 🥲
Steps are always a minimum of 12k daily - just good for the soul and getting outdoors for these as much as possible 🚶🏽♀️
