Couple clips from the other week training with one of the head coaches and honestly a vital part of my team, great training partner, highly skilled and always there to help me push in camps, training everyday twice a day can be hard but definitely easier when you surround yourself with good teammates 🤙🏼❤️

Starting the week off strong with a run followed by some sprints with sir the over to paisley tonight to train absolutely living the life LETS GOO 🙌🏼.

Everything I said id do, I did .

Looking back on where it started to where we are now is crazy, I remember setting the goal of one day having a world title now I have 3 and working my way threw the pro titles, dream, believe, achieve and as always all glory to god !!!
