This might lose me followers, but someone has to tell the truth ☕️

Lets get real.

You do not have time to waste. Yet every day, the internet tells you to starve yourself on low calories, panic over whether you drank your protein shake, and waste your precious 45 minutes of gym time doing 300 kickbacks on a pink mat.

What a lot of s**te and it is keeping you small, exhausted, and frustrated because your not seeing any change... sound familiar?

Your body is not a machine that responds to guilt.
It responds to physics and biology, unfortunately especially for us woman.

If you are stressed out, under eating, and terrified of carbs, you are making it so much harder to build muscle, no matter how many supplements you buy from influencers who don’t have kids, a career, or a real life 👀 .... look at who you take advice from.

Stop punishing yourself with endless diets, trying to burn as many calories as you can in session or showing up to the gym when your probably on your phone more than training.

Start eating real wholesome homemade food.
Eat your carbs. Lift heavy things with actual intent, two or three days a week, and give it more than two weeks before you quit. Because lets be honest, quiting is easy ....

Swipe through the slides to see why your current routine is a waste of your time.

Drop me a comment if this has offended you 😂 or if you’re finally ready to stop being lied to ⚡️

A morning of big lifts, with these beautiful girls ⚡️

I have worked with these girls through different chapter of their lives; pregancy, weight loss, confidence, self esteem, womens health, mental health & the list goes on.

We have overcame the love/hate relationship with deadlifts...
to no longer having the fear of the bar falling on you...
Or feeling you need the box behind you "just incase"

What all the girls have achieved in the Bolt rooms this month has been nothing short of incrediable.
I listened to what was going on in each and everyone of the girls lifes, and i created a programme that I knew would work with their bodies, rather than against it.

Because when your telling your coach you don't have the time, then it's MY JOB to create that time for what is NEEDED within your training.

& tbh being big headed here, thats what a GOOD COACH is.
A coach that listens, and adapts, not a session designed around my expectations of you, or just my style of training.

You cant continue to progress if you don't work on the small stuff 👀 the small stuff is more important than the big lifts....

But today, the BIG LIFTS ARE EVERYTHINGGG🔥
And I couldn't be prouder of everyone ⚡️

If you want an insight into what our female only community is about, then DM me lets chat & see if this is the right fit for you 💓⚡️

Fitness shouldn't feel unaffordable or unrealstic.

I hear it all the time…

"I want to train, but I can't commit to the same days every week and my weeks change constantly"

So for August, for the first time, I am oopening 4 flexible 1-1 spaces for women who need training to fit around their life.

8 x 1-1 sessions to:
• Learn how to train with confidence
• Build a personalised strength with a plan made around you.
• Work around injuries, restrictions and your goals.
• Understand how to train when life gets busy.

Plus nutrition guidance and support throughout and a beautiful community of women to cheer you on.

£175 for August - ITS AN INVESTMENT.

The goal? To help you feel confident, stronger and ready to step into SGPT when the time is right ⚡️

As we get older, our lives change.

The people around us change. Our priorities change. Our journeys become different.

We outgrow people, and sometimes people outgrow us.

And nobody really prepares you for that.

Especially as women.

Your 30s can be such a strange time. Watching friendships change. Seeing people’s lives move in different directions. Becoming a mum. Building a career. Trying to figure out where you fit.

I’ve had so many conversations recently with women who feel this.

Women who feel like they’re changing, but don’t know where they fit anymore.

Women who are realising the friendships they once had don’t look the same.

Women who thought life would look completely different by this point.

And I get it.

I thought I would have been a mum by now. I thought certain parts of my life would look different.

But life isn’t meant to be one straight path.

Our lives are books.

And every chapter teaches us something.

Some chapters are long. Some chapters are unexpected. Some chapters are painful. Some chapters are exciting.

But chapters have to close for new ones to begin.

And closing a chapter doesn’t mean it wasn’t important.

It doesn’t mean you failed. It doesn’t mean you lost yourself.

It means you’re growing.

The biggest strength isn’t just what we can do physically.

It’s allowing yourself time to adjust. Time to accept change. Time to be okay with a different path. Time to understand that people changing doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

Sometimes people are just growing in different directions.

This is the part of coaching people don’t always see.

The conversations before and after sessions. The support. The women opening up about life, friendships, confidence, and everything in between.

Yes, we train.

But it’s so much more than that.

It’s having a space where women can feel supported, understood and reminded that they’re not behind.

They’re just writing a different chapter.

And every chapter matters. 🤍

If this resognates with you, please know your not alone & our door is always open and welcome ✨️⚡️

An insight into August ⚡️

I listened to a lot of my clients over June & July and noticed everyone was feeling very similar.
Feeling tight. Needing to stretch. Sore backs. Feeling a bit all over the place.

And that was one thing that kept coming up constantly. So that’s what I wanted to bring into August Block.

More movement. Working on those smaller muscle groups. Finding our technique again. Stripping things back. Stretching. Realigning. Getting centred again.

Because August is such a transitional month.

The kids are going back to school. The holidays are coming to an end and we’re slowly heading into autumn and winter, where we’re all looking for a bit of clarity and routine again.

And as women, sometimes we lose ourselves a wee bit and wonder where we’ve gone.

But this block isn’t about finding yourself again.
It’s about resetting. Realigning. And taking that next step in your journey.

Building strength. Building community. Building a stronger you.

If this sounds like exactly what you need right now, come and join us at The Bolt Rooms.

The kinda chic.... ⚡️

14/08/2026

For the women choosing themselves....
Keep going
Growth is uncomfortable.
Progress is slow.

But just like fitness, showing up changes everything.

This is what it looks like, starting with a vision and manifesting the s**t right out it and making it your dream.

I believed in myself, I knew what I could do, I knew what I was capable of when others didnt.
Big changes take time, obstacles will always come, life will get heavy, time will pass by quickly, but thats okay, because Rome wasn't built in a day....

We are moving at the right time, doing the right things & focusing on the right people ⚡️

Its emotional watching back how far youve come, when only in Feb I didnt think this would be possible.
