If you ever wanted to know what I’m actually like outside the gym…

Here’s your answer from those closest to me 😂🤍

Have you ever worn the wrong bra and spent the full day feeling uncomfortable, restricted, unsupported and aware of every single movement?

Then you put on one that actually fits and suddenly you feel lifted, secure and like your whole body can relax a bit?

Your fitness journey is in a way the same.

Sometimes you don’t need more discipline, you need the right support.

A plan that fits your life
A coach who understands where you are starting from
Structure that doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed
Accountability that keeps you going without making you feel attacked
And a routine that gives you something to lean on when your confidence is low

Feeling lost, inconsistent and like you are constantly starting again, is usually when negative talk appears:

“I’m just not capable.”
“I can never stick to anything.”
“I’m not one of those people.”
“I always fall off.”

But what if that isn’t true?

What if you have just never had support that actually fits you?

The right support should not restrict you, or make you feel worse about yourself.

It should help you feel secure enough to move forward.

It should make consistency feel possible again.

You are not incapable.

You are unsupported.

And once you find the right support, everything starts to feel different.

Save this for a low confidence day.

The biggest mistake people make after “falling off track ” is trying to punish themselves back into routine.

They go from doing very little to trying to do everything overnight.

5 gym sessions.
No takeaways.
10k steps every day.
Perfect tracking.
Early nights.
No missed workouts.

Then when it falls apart again, they think they are the problem.

The reality is you probably just need a plan that allows you to build trust with yourself again.

Start smaller.
Keep one promise.
Review the week without attacking yourself.
Then build from there.

This is how real consistency is created.

Save this for your next reset moment. ✨✌🏻

I turned 27 yesterday 🤍

Looking over the last year a lot has changed (other than my hair) and some lessons have been learned

I’ve been shown once again that life can change quickly. Plans shift, people change, things happen that you never saw coming. And adapting to change is the only way to keep moving. Change is the only constant in life so it might as well be embraced

It taught me that grief and appreciation go hand in hand. You can be heartbroken and still thankful. You can be struggling and still have good things around you. Both can co exist.

Its showed me that being strong doesn’t always look like pushing harder. Sometimes it looks like resting, taking space, asking for help, or admitting you’re not okay.

I’ve always know that business was more than just about numbers. Showing up when confidence was low, backing myself when things felt quiet, and continuing to build even when nobody sees the work behind it is where I’ve grown most.

I care deeply about helping girls feel better in themselves. Stronger, more confident, less stuck, less apologetic for taking up space. That part of me only got louder this year and I’ve become a whole different person over the last year - I owe therapy some credit for that too tbf

Your inner circle matters. Good people matter. Conversations, support, laughs, shared energy, all of it matters more than I used to realise.

It taught me that I don’t need to have everything figured out to be doing okay. I just need to keep being honest with myself and keep taking the next step. ( you will preach this one 😂)

It taught me that I’m still becoming her. The girl that younger me dreamed of being and I get one step closer every day.

Here’s to chapter 27 🤍

Me: “I don’t think I’ll like the new colour I’ll probably go back to blonde”

Also me: “AHHHHHHHH 🧡🩷”

At some point you need to stop starting over

Not next Monday
Not next month
Not when life calms down

Because let’s be honest it never really does

You don’t need a better plan
You don’t need more motivation

You need to stop disappearing every time your circumstances aren’t perfect

Breaks the cycle

On it, life happens, off it, feel bad, start again.

It’s keeping you stuck

Want to actually change things?

Keep going when you’re tired
When you’re busy
When you can’t be bothered

Not perfectly. Not at 100% 24/7. Just consistently.

If you’re done with the constant stop/start maybe it’s time you got yourself some accountability to be more x
