Pollok Bushido Karate

Last weeks Bushido Blue was Antonio from our Pollok Dojo 🥋👊🏻🔵

Antonio has been taking part in our second class as he has moved up to his purple and first white stripe

He has pushed hard the last two weeks at these sessions and taken on more complicated combinations

Dance show this evening so session is downstairs in room 2 🥋👊🏻🥋

As we are now back a week or two it is the return of the Bushido Blue 🥋👊🏻🔵

Last weeks went to Nathan from our Thursday Class

Nathan always come to class with a big smile on his face . His effort in pad and kumite work has been noted with him always getting stuck right in

⭐️You don’t pay class fees just your grading fees
