First 6 months of 2026 ✅ (a whole month late posting)

Erin Quinn’s journey from 116kg to 86kg has been one of my favourite ones yet, even tho I think we can both say we had some headaches along the way 😂

Not a single jag in sight here 💉, just hard work, consistency, mini mental breakdowns and a s**t ton of steps and heavy weights being shifted in the gym

Erin has been with me for a couple of years now and at the start she got down to under the 100kg mark, but sometimes life gets in the way and we didn’t see Erin for a few months and she came back to pretty much at the starting point again. We both said time to go again and lock in as a team, together.

So far Erin has been a pleasure to coach (even if she makes me want to slam my head on the keyboard during Monday morning check ins sometimes) but I wouldn’t change the process we’ve shared together or her as that’s what make this one so special

Erin used to refuse to come into the gym herself, wear oversized clothing, wish she could wear shorts and a sports bra and feel confident…and also have muscles. Safe to say we have a full house ✅

Her recent holiday summed it up, she was the most confident she has been in her own image yet, and kept saying how she’s missing the gym and her overnight oats 🤒

It hasn’t just been about the weight loss from 116kg to 86kg, it’s the confidence in herself and the fact she’s fell in love with the full process and class herself as a “proper gym girl” which she used to think was never possible 🫡

We don’t stop here though, we make new goals along the way with a potential big one that she would never have seen coming in 2027… 📸
