Initial assessment…

Client came in with knee pain during marathon prep🏃🏽

Took him through a full assessment and found that it was actually coming from the hip!

Completed some soft tissue work and sent out a rehab plan to start working on getting him back to training pain free🙌🏼

Injury Assessment 🚨

Had a client in today with a hip injury🤕

We talked and went through a detailed consultation then moved on to some testing to find out what the issue was!

Next steps are to start some rehab and begin to gain some function back💪🏼
