Here is my new updated services:

Initial consultation: This is a full clinical assessment. This will include the assessment and treatment of potential injuries. A tailored rehab plan will be provided after this session.

Follow up session: This will come after your initial consultation. This is a check in to see how you are progressing and to identify if any changes need to be made to your rehab plan or any hands on treatment is needed.

1 Hour treatment: This is a full body sports massage. You can request areas for me to focus on more than others.

45 minute treatment: This is a longer session on either your legs or back. You can also request for me to spend some time on another part of your body such as a leg treatment with lower back added.

30 minute treatment: This is the standard treatment where the massage is focused on one area of the body such as your back or legs.
