WEEKLY CUBAN SALSA CLASSES WITH La Rusa Dance & Events

Tuesday - Ladies Cuban Style 6.30pm and Rumba "Skirtology" 7.40pm💃

Thursday - Salsa/Timba - 6.30pm - solo footwork and how to integrate into your partner dance.
Ladies Styling Basics - 7.40pm - Cuban Body Movement foundations, perfect for beginners as well as seasoned dancers.

One of the practices I will be teaching in more depth as part of the next Primal Energy Awakening for cultivating and releasing vital energy, emotions – for feeling alive and awakened in your power and for grounding into your body. Saturday 27th July, 7-8pm @studio_ile_ache . £10 per person, linktr.ee in my bio for tickets and more information. DM me for anything else! If you have a knee injury, modify the stance to a more comfortable position for you knees, that does not cause you pain. Gradually work on strengthening your leg muscles through this exercise over time, while respecting your body's limitations. I will be providing alternatives in the session, among other strengthening, expressive and extremely exhilarating exercises – shared in a sober space of non-judgement and as a container for all of your emotions.
