Are you a personal trainer in Cambridge looking for more hours during the day?

We’re hiring at MittFit - and this one’s a bit different.

We’re looking for a coach to deliver 3 corporate outdoor training sessions a week in North Cambridge.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12-1pm. Everything you need is provided - van, kit, the lot. You just need to show up and coach.

But here’s what matters most to us - and it’s not your qualifications.

Corporate sessions aren’t just workouts. You’re walking into someone’s lunch break. They’ve got back-to-back meetings before you, and a full inbox waiting after. Your job is to make that one hour the best part of their day - energetic, enjoyable, and worth coming back to every single week.

That takes personality. It takes warmth. It takes someone who genuinely enjoys people, not just programming.

MittFit has been Cambridge’s number one outdoor group training community for 10 years. Over 2,000 people have trained with us and our reputation is built on coaches who care about the humans in front of them.

If you’re based in or around Cambridge, have a drivers license, are available Tuesday to Thursday lunchtimes, and you’d describe yourself as a people person first and a fitness professional second - we’d love to hear from you.

A group of our wonderful Mittfit ladies recently went punting in Cambridge, and it was the perfect excuse to swap gym gear for sunshine, slow down for a few hours and spend time with an amazing group of like-minded women🛶☀️🦢
