This time next week, the 12 Week Warrior begins.

12 weeks to get stronger.
12 weeks to get fitter.
12 weeks to build better habits.
12 weeks to take control of your nutrition.
12 weeks to stop saying “I’ll start soon.”

You don’t need to be fit before you start.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You just need to be willing to commit.
