A huge thank you to those who took part in the Great North Run yesterday, and those who ran and pushed to raise money for the Matt Hampson Foundation and Gym Possible, absolutely incredible effort!

And a massive congratulations to all our other Gym Possible members who took part and raised money for some fantastic causes.

Special shout-out to Ryan McLeod, one of our brilliant Gym Possible Trustees, who finished 1st in his age group and 30th overall in an incredible 66:53! 👏🔥

What an amazing evening at the North East Charity Awards last night! 💚🏆

We had a fantastic time celebrating the incredible work being done by charities right across our region.

A huge congratulations to all of the winners and nominees, and a special congratulations to OUT North East, who won the award in our category. 👏

We were incredibly proud to be there representing Gym Possible and to be recognised alongside so many brilliant organisations.
