Fiona Aerobics

Dear all.

It is with a heavy heart that I am informing you that Fiona's Aerobics will be finishing, with the last class taking place on Monday 29th April 2013.

When relocating from the BGH to Tweedbank Community Centre I decided to give it a go and see the success until my Public Liability, Professional Indemnity Insurances and Public Performance Licence was due for renewal (1st May 2013).

Unfortunately the class numbers have been quite low and I am often running at a loss. I was very lucky and fortunate at the BGH but due to hall rental as well as my insurances and licences it is now not viable to run with such low numbers.

I do hope that this is not the end of Fiona's Aerobics, I foresee it as a break and perhaps I will restart in the future.

You have all been so supportive and loyal over the years, that's been 8 years, how time flies!

I do hope to see you around, and please, if you need any fitness advice, get in touch, I am more than happy to help!

I will miss the chats we all have and also the smiling/grimacing faces when I mention the dreaded word SQUATS.

Fiona's Aerobics will be cancelled on Easter Monday, 1st April. The class will be back on Monday 8th April. Many thanks.

Class was cancelled tonight. Hope I managed to get the message out to all the regulars. Hope to see you all next week - always space for some new faces - go on come and join the fun and calorie burning @ Fiona's Aerobics!
