Two weeks in and already all three divisions are shaping up to be close! 💥

Another round of tight matches all going to the wire. Most importantly though, everyone enjoying themselves and the magic of team tennis.

No fewer than 46 players aged from ten through to seventeen in action. Attention now turns to the second weekend of fixtures, with matches set to take place the length and breadth of the region!

A cracking afternoon rounding off our opening Junior leagues weekend with two excellent division three ties that were hotly contested!

A few of the kids were taking part in their first ever competitive matches today and loved every second of it - well done to you all!

Highlight of the day is a shout out to Jake Thomson who, while supporting his younger sister at Earlston, stepped in to play when we had a late call off, ensuring the match went ahead. Top lad Jake!

Division three junior league matches kicking off this afternoon - good luck to all the players in action!

It's a tight affair in Melrose as their third team take on Peebles! Great to have the Tweeddalers back in the junior leagues again! 🎾

Terrific opening evening for our Autumn / Late Summer junior leagues! A highly competitive start with the four matches in action all seeing late finishes. Scores on the doors were:

Highlight came at Innerleithen where Stella delivered a fine after match speech before she leaves for Strathallan where she continues her tennis journey in Perthshire - all the best Stella!
