A massive well done to the six young people supported by our Spark Your Future programme who successfully completed their SCQF Level 5 REHIS Health & Safety qualification 👏

Thanks to Bruce Robertson Training for facilitating and to East Lothian Council's Employability Grants Programme for providing Spark Your Future with additional funding to cover the training costs 😊

⏭️ All the six young people will now be supported to work towards gaining their CITB card! Another step towards their goal of working in construction 🏗️

A full on course in Currie High School in partnership wth RUTS with the next generation of construction workers. I also met Mikey Mair from Gala who works in a pupil support role within the school.

Anyone affected by the redundancies at Crawfords needing to get their CSCS card to get into work on a site get in touch for a discounted rate.

Race Sheets and Raffle Tickets to be sold, spread the word and support our biggest fundraiser of the year. Each Member been given books and Race Sheets being handed around to fill. Please also each bring a bottle for a prize and everything can be handed in as soon as possible to help organise the night.

I am delighted to announce that I have gained official partner status to deliver the Edinburgh City Council employment support service with Community Renewal confirmed as the main contractor, to which I will support by providing CSCS Health and Safety training courses across the city from April.2019 for the next two years.. It will be fantastic to work in partnership with likeminded agencies to support the unemployed back into work. Thanks to everyone who has supported me to achieve this, your support is greatly appreciated. .
