Oranges and lemons in the freezer ready for tonight’s classes.
Sharing ideas to keep cool, whilst drinking our natural electrolytes water during class (mint and orange today 🥰). My favourite - freeze a half filled hot water bottle (cold water not hot!! 😂😂), wrap in a towel.
Frozen orange and lemon slices for drinks. Fans and sprays.
What’s your favourite tip? And what’s your favourite water drink flavour? I’m thinking lemon and ginger for tomorrows classes 🤗
