Morning or evening? Women N' Weights runs twice this autumn.

Mondays 11:30 to 12:30 from 26 October, or Wednesdays 6:45 to 7:45pm from 28 October. Same six weeks, same coaching, two different times of day. Swipe to see which one fits.

Either way: one coached session a week, women only, the gym closed to everyone else while you train, machines first and dumbbells near the end. £100 for the six weeks.

Today we’re celebrating the one and only Clare — the heart of Elevate, a fabulous coach, a wonderful friend and the reason many of you can’t sit down properly after a workout! 😂🍑

Who is Women N Weights actually for?

If you have never used gym equipment and have no idea where to start.
If you are coming back to training after a long break.
If the weights area has always felt intimidating.
If you are getting older and want to protect your bone density and your strength.
If the weight is coming off fast and the strength needs to catch up.

Any of those, and you will fit right in.

Six weeks, women only, gym closed to everyone else while you train. Everything taught from zero.

Here is how the six weeks actually go.

You start on the resistance machines. Chest press, lat pulldown, leg extension. Shown properly, then handed over to you until they feel like yours.

Towards the end, dumbbells and core work join in.

By the last session, you can walk into the gym and run a workout on your own. That is the whole point of it.

One coached session a week. A proper start and a proper finish, not a rolling class.

When weight comes off very quickly, whatever the reason, muscle tends to go with it.

Fat is not the only thing the body draws on. Lean tissue goes too. Strength drops, and the body that is left behind is often weaker than it looks.

Resistance training is how that muscle is protected while the weight comes off, and how it is rebuilt afterwards. It is the part that gets skipped most often and matters most.

If your body has changed quickly and you feel unsure in it, you are closer to a complete beginner than you might think. And beginners are exactly who this workshop is built for.

Small Group Training. Six weeks. Starts Wednesday 9 September.

Structured strength training in a small group, all levels welcome. Coached sessions, nutrition guidance, and a different mix of exercises each week.

Wednesdays 5:30 to 6:30pm in the converted barn at Old Holly Farm.

Two ways in:

£180 non-members or £150 members. Sessions, training app, nutrition guidance and open gym access for the full six weeks.

£100. Sessions, weigh-ins and nutrition guidance.
