Nairn in collaboration with Grandmaster Alex Dunbar are hosting a patterns seminar with Master Heath Denholm on August the 22nd at Forres Taekwon-do Dunbar Blackbelt Academy the seminar is open to blackbelts and will focus on the technical content of patterns with a view to grading and umpiring.
