Yin Yoga

Hello all, I am not currently teaching classes. If you are interested in trying out yoga and struggling to find a class, I can put you in touch with a few excellent yoga teachers in the Findhorn and Forres area. Please email me at [email protected] rather than using the Messaging function on this page, as I do not check it!

My 10am Yin Yoga class in the Sunshine Room this Thursday 3rd October is CANCELLED - with apologies. Classes resume next Thursday 10th October.

Dear Yoginis and Yogis

This is just a quick reminder that weekly Yin Yoga classes will start again this Thursday 5th September 2019 at 10am in the Sunshine Room at East Whins, The Park, Findhorn and will continue every Thursday for a 7 week period until 17th October.

Doors open at 9.45am. Please arrive by 9.55am so that you are settled in time for the class to start on time at 10am. You can come in a bit late if necessary but please try not to!

The class fee is £10 drop in, or £8 per class if you pay for at least 4 classes upfront. These 4 classes can be taken at any time over the proceeding 7 week class period (or thereabouts - I aim to be flexible).
