Another big thank you to everyone who came along to our Zumbathon last night. Together we raised £233.17 for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland!! This money will be spent in Scotland providing vital services to people living with stroke and chest and heart conditions, as well as funding medical research. Big thank you to Dance Studio Forfar for supporting the event and providing a fantastic venue. It was great to meet members of Stride UK as well!! I hope everyone is inspired to continue to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle!

Thank you to everyone who came along tonight and supported Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland. It was a fantastic event and I will be updating everyone shortly to let you know how much we have raised for a great cause. Tonight was a perfect example of how much fun you can have keeping fit!

Tonight's the night! Doors open at 7.30PM when we will be accepting donations for our local Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland shop and selling Christmas cards (also plenty opportunity for a warm up boogie!!) Class starts at 8PM. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. See you all on the dance floor!

Get fit, have fun, and raise money for a fantastic cause! All proceeds go to CHSS and every penny is spent in Scotland providing vital local services and funding research. I will also be collecting donations of clothing, books, and bric a brac for our Forfar shop on the night and there will be Christmas cards for sale on the door if you fancy getting organised early this year!
