**JUNIOR NOTICE FOR PARENTS**
Dear Parents, as club is resuming this week, we politely remind you that our Square Invoices should be paid in a timely manner every month until your junior either graduates to the senior club, or is no longer attending. We are no longer accepting cash for weekly/monthly payments with the exception of extenuating circumstances.
Additionally, we are fixing the prices this year once again to ensure as many juniors can access the club as possible, but this payment model is highly reliant on every member/parent keeping up with their monthly payments!
The club is run on a voluntary basis, and our club helpers and coaches collectively spend thousands of hours per year keeping things ticking over smoothly. We would love to continue offering an affordable price indefinitely, so we will be making some upcoming changes regarding missed payments and membership conditions.
If you are unsure about how to pay an invoice or haven't received a Square Invoice for your junior who attends club, please see us this Friday or otherwise contact us ASAP - we'll be very happy to help ๐๐ผ
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to having all our wonderful juniors back this Friday ๐ธ๐ธ

It was great to see a record-equalling turnout of 32 at club last night ๐ธ whilst we love being so busy, we have a duty to make sure everyone is receiving a fair share of playing time and thus will have to take measures to ensure this happens moving forward:
As members will note on Spond, our session capacity remains at 32 for Monday nights (not including spontaneous first-time visitors) with our 5 guaranteed courts. If the session capacity exceeds 32 moving forward, and you have not elected to attend on Spond before arriving, someone who has will be receiving priority in the playing queue.
We would never want to turn anyone away from playing, but we also need to ensure the full 90 minutes of court time is used to be fair to our members who help us out by using Spond and arriving promptly before the session begins at 7.30pm. If you haven't done so already, please download Spond on your App Store and use code TGYFZ to join us at Forfar Badminton Club ๐
