🎾🔥 NEW TO PADEL? HERE’S WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT! 🔥🎾

You may have heard everyone talking about padel lately… but what actually is it? 🤔

Padel is a fun, fast-paced and incredibly social racket sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. It’s usually played in doubles on an enclosed court, around a third of the size of a tennis court. You serve underarm, and the walls are part of the game — meaning rallies can carry on in ways you might not expect! 🎾🧱😄

And the best bit? You don’t need to be a tennis expert to enjoy it! 🙌

Padel is easy to pick up, keeps you moving and is brilliant for getting together with friends, family or meeting new people. Whether you’re completely new to racket sports or already love tennis, there’s something for everyone. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💪

Padel is officially one of the fastest-growing sports in Britain. The latest LTA figures show that 1 million adults and juniors are now playing padel across Britain, with 1,825 courts at 551 venues. That’s an incredible jump from just 15,000 players in 2019! 🚀🎾

WHAT A LAUNCH! 🎉

Last Saturday was one to remember as we officially celebrated the launch of Motis Padel & Courtside Kitchen & Bar! 🎾🍹

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came down, picked up a racket, enjoyed some food and drinks, and helped us celebrate the start of something very exciting!

Most importantly we raised £355 for Dementia UK from our prize draw! 😁

🎶 Music & good vibes
🥂 And an amazing atmosphere all night!

It was fantastic to see so many people enjoying the new home of Motis Padel & Courtside.
