Introducing the uvex ixxo 🖤

Whatever you do in the saddle, the new uvex ixxo is built to fit seamlessly into every rider's everyday routine.

Built around impact-resistant hard-shell technology, a tough outer shell paired with a lightweight EPS core, the ixxo delivers dependable protection without compromising on comfort. The uvex 3D IAS adjustment system and quick-adjust strap dividers create a snug, secure, personalised fit, while ventilation channels throughout keep things cool even on the hottest rides.

Two versions will be landing in stores very soon:
uvex ixxo active: the all-round family favourite, matt sporty top, low-profile shape
uvex ixxo MIPS: the same trusted design, with the added protection of a built-in MIPS safety system to help reduce rotational forces in a fall - fixed peak and skull cap options available.

Smart enough for the competition ring, comfortable enough for every day in between, the uvex ixxo is shaping up to be a genuine all-rounder for riders of every level.

Ask your local tack shop when it's landing on their shelves!

TEAM GB ShowJumpers cap Golden Fortnight at WEG 🤩🇬🇧

Great Britain claimed a hard-earned team bronze medal in showjumping at the 2026 FEI World Championships in Aachen, Germany and Veredus Horse Riding Equipment sponsored riders Ben Maher and Scott Brash were right at the heart of it.

The British quartet, Ben Maher and Point Break, Harry Charles and LT Holst Freda, Adrian Whiteway and Chacco Volo, and anchor rider Scott Brash on Hello Mango; climbed from fifth place to third in the team final, finishing behind champions Germany and silver medallists Belgium. The result also secured Great Britain's qualification for the 2028 LA Olympics. 🥳

This showjumping bronze 🥉 brought the curtain down on an extraordinary two weeks of competition for Great Britain in Aachen, with medals won across dressage, eventing and showjumping over the course of the championships a fantastic showing across all three Olympic disciplines 🙌

Both Ben & Scott fly the flag for Veredus, whose protective boots and equipment support these world-class partnerships through the pressure of championship sport.

Huge congratulations to the whole team on a fantastic championship in Aachen! 🥉🇬🇧

WHAT A WEEK! 🌟

We have just witnessed the most incredible week in horse sport at the FEI World Championships! 🤩 And we are celebrating the only way we know how... with a poem 🦓

Six for the Nation: An Aachen Tale

In Aachen town, where chestnuts grow
And crowds pack in for the greatest show,
The world came riding, flags unfurled,
To crown the best from around the world.

But Britain came with more than hope
With horses fit and riders' scope
Sharpened up through years of graft,
Ready now to test their craft.

The eventers rode out all in line,
Canter, Collett steady and fine
McEwen bold and Stevens true,
Eight hearts beating as one in view.

Through dressage tests they held their nerve,
Then cross-country's twisting curve,
Water, ditches, fences tall,
Britain answered, cleared them all.

Sunday came, the final test,
Showjumping fences, do your best
Canter clear on Graffalo's back,
Sealed the gold, no looking back.

The lowest score the sport has seen,
A team performance sharp and clean.
And from that gold, two more medals grew
Canter silver, individual too.

Then Collett, steady, calm and sure,
Took bronze to make the story pure
Three medals from one glorious day,
Eventing's finest hour, some may say.

Meanwhile in the dressage ring,
Hester, Fry, Moody bring
Bigwood too, their squad complete,
Silver waiting at their feet.

Germany claimed the gold that day,
But Britain's silver paved the way,
A podium spot, hard-fought, well-earned,
Then a queen already returned...

For Friday came, and with it, fire
Glamourdale danced ever higher.
The Special title, held since four
Years past, theirs once more.

Then Saturday, the crowd stood tall
As Freestyle music filled the hall.
Ninety-two percent, a perfect blend
Gold again to crown the end.

Two golds for Fry, a silver too,
From dressage's week, so much came true.

So six medals home, the tally's told
Three gleaming golds, two silvers bold,
One bronze to round the story out
A week of pride, a week to shout about.

But let's not close without a nod
To those who ride beneath the stripes of Zebra's trod:

Ros Canter, calm beneath the sky,
Equipe-clad, Uvex gloves close by;
Laura Collett, calm through strife,
Equipe, Mattes, Sprenger, Uvex - full kit for life;

Gemma Stevens, gold in hand,
Veredus boots on German sand;
Carl Hester, decades in the game,
Sprenger's sensogan behind his name;

Becky Moody, silver earned,
Sprenger trusted, lesson learned;
And Lottie Fry, the brightest light,
Sprenger steering her to flight.

Six riders wearing Zebra's stripe,
Six medals of every colour and type
Proud partners standing close behind
Every clear round, every mind
That rode for Britain, rode for gold,
And gave us this week's tale, retold.
