All our classes are fully coach led! This means you get time spent with you to work on technique and have the session tailored to your ability - there is an exercise for every level πͺπ»
Yesterday was a smaller class and we are ok with that! More time for our coach Andrew Arrowsmith to make technique adjustments and help our members learn.

Rowing Seminar 2 π£
Great to have Welsh Performance Rowing Coach Will back in the box with us taking more of our members through rowing technique and efficiency.
They learnt a lot and there was great improvements made - all ready for the upcoming competitions π
