Pilates, yoga and fitness classes and private sessions in & around Felpham and live online Classes are in person and outside locally and live online via zoom.

Stephanie & Konrad (SKYBODY) run group classes & private sessions in Pilates, Yoga & all areas of personal fitness in Bognor Regis & Felpham. We also offer private sessions for clients with GP medical exercise referral & ante & postnatal exercise. The Mind and Body is connected so our workouts allow clients to look forward to feeling great during and after they’re sessions.
