Firstly, we just want to say a huge THANK YOU for all the lovely feedback about our classes. It genuinely means so much to us to hear how important our group exercise classes have become to your weekly routines and how much you enjoy being part of the ProFIT28 community. 🙏

We also want to give a BIG shout-out to the wonderful Bbinny Chadhaa Saandal 🧘‍♀️💙

Binny has been part of the ProFIT28 family since day one and is an incredibly valued member of our team. As many of you know, Binny has made the personal decision to change her weekly schedule and is having to alter the time at ProFIT28. We completely understand and support her decision and we’re delighted that she’ll still be part of the ProFIT28 family! 🙌

She will be continuing Friday morning 11oclock for definite.

We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear about how much you value these classes, and rest assured… WE’RE ON IT! 💪

Behind the scenes, Binny and the team are already working through different options, alternative days and potential new instructors to make sure we continue to bring you the classes you love.

Binny will continue with her current timetable until early September, so there’s no immediate change. We’ll keep you all updated as soon as the new arrangements are confirmed.

Rich offers a mix of in person, online & hybrid coaching and is offering taster sessions whilst he’s building his client base! 👇🏻

With temperatures expected to rise this week, please follow these tips to ensure you can train safely at Pro-Fit28:

- Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water. You can bring your own or purchase bottled water at reception 💦

- Use a Towel: Please use a towel while training and wipe down equipment after use. Pro-Fit28 towels are available for purchase for £4

- Keep Doors and Windows Closed: This allows the air conditioning to work effectively. The units are on a timer; if they turn off, please let us know at reception and we can switch them back on. 🪟 🚪

- Listen to Your Body: If you begin to feel unwell, please stop your workout and rest

- Class Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class, please do so as early as possible so we can manage attendance and adjust sessions accordingly.
