If you’ve ever reacted in a way you didn’t feel proud of, you’re not alone.
Most of us are just repeating what we saw growing up, until you’re shown another way.

I’m a Clinical Psychologist and mum of 3, and this HARD moment was a few years ago, but I still remember it like yesterday.

Your kids will behave in ways that trigger reactions in you. If you want to change those reactions - so you can become a ‘calmer,’ more grounded parent they feel safe with (w/out being permissive)…

Come to my free upcoming live training.
“Why do my kids trigger me so much?”

How to feel more grounded as a parent, and create a calmer, more connected home for your kids.

Wednesday 30th Sept, 8pm BST.

Comment GROUNDED for the tools to support you and them

Your kids will trigger you! As they do me

But you can either take these moments as an invitation to punish them or help them and heal you

Teaching our children to better regulate their emotions, without the right tools to regulate our own -

Is like trying to teach a child to swim, whilst we drown beside them

Join me, Clinical Psychologist & mum of 3
in my next live FREE training

“Why do my kids trigger me so much”
Stop yelling, punishing and threatening without becoming permissive

As a Clinical Psychologist of 20+ years (and mum of 3), here’s the science in 60 seconds:

You can’t think your way calm, or just try harder… once your nervous system has already taken over.

That’s not a willpower problem. It’s biology… it’s how regulation works.

And it’s exactly why “just stay calm” advice fails so many intentional, hard-working parents.

In my free webinar “Why do my kids trigger me much?”

I’m breaking down exactly what’s happening in your mind and body in those triggered moments, and
the x3 specific tools that work WITH your
nervous system, not against it.

Free, live, WED 30th Sept 8pm BST - (replay included)

If you’re finding parenting hard right now…

it’s because it is hard, NOT because you are failing 💜

I am creating a simple daily gratitude practice, where I name just one thing (out loud) everyday that I’m grateful for

Today I am grateful for my 3 kids… and all that they are teaching me, everyday

What’s one thing you’re grateful for today?

Pushback, the 48th “NO,” sibling fights, meltdowns 🫠

It’s exhausting AND it’s not bad behaviour- it’s kids being kids.

How you respond is what shapes whether they learn to regulate, or disconnect from you as they grow up and stuff down their emotions.

Co-regulation is a ‘dance,’ that does not need to be spoken but felt

Your nervous system speaks to your child’s nervous system without ever needing to say a word

They feel you, like you feel them

But a child cannot learn to self-regulate without first experiencing a regulated adult

They need to ‘borrow your calm’ before they can develop their own

Comment CALM and I’ll send you my free guide to help you x
