Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness programme using a fusion of rhythms from around the world, so you will always find something you love!! Finally proof that fitness can be fun!! So come to class, enjoy the music and the moves, forget your troubles and most importantly have fun!!!! Aqua Zumba brings the party to the pool and is suitable for EVERYONE!!! Use the resistance of the water to sculpt and tone, burn those calories and dance without getting hot and sweaty!! Aqua Fitness, like Aqua Zumba uses water resistance to get a full body workout, while protecting your joints. Aqua Fitness also uses aqua equipment like hand buoys and noodles to give you a varied and enjoyable water experience. Aqua HIIT, is a water based workout like no other, using a pre-timed soundtrack this high energy workout involving High Intensity Interval Training with short bursts of super intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercise in between. News….

I can’t believe we are heading into October
🎃👻💀🧙

It’s going to be a busy month 😆 We have had A LOT of new routines especially in Aqua Zumba, I still have a couple up my sleeve for Zumba too!!

Then we will be dusting off those Halloween tracks (of course)!! Halloween week will be the w/c 26th October, so let’s sort out those costumes 🙌🏻🙌🏻.

I will also be introducing “Aqua Noodle”, it’s just a twist on Aqua fit but using a pool noodle for the majority of the class, this is great for core work and will add more variety to our weekly sessions, it’s good to do something different!

There will be a new Aqua HIIT routine coming very soon and I am also looking to add a “games night” into this too, just like on occasion I add the whistle element, once in a while we will do games night and end the class on a fun game!

As you will know, I did skip my Summer holiday break this year, it has been kinda hard to keep going at times 😅😅. However I will be taking a month off over Christmas (this is the most logical time to do that as class numbers can more then half over this time) I will be off from 19th December to 18th January. I am already getting classes covered, but be prepared for cancellations as gyms do reduce the timetable anyway over this time!

Camberley…

So as we know the training pool is stuck at 1 meter and will be for a few weeks, we are just going to need to make the best of it. Where possible some classes will be in the main pool, otherwise they will be in the training pool where I will think on my feet and try to make adjustments to make the class easier so these classes will be lower impact. In some cases I may avoid using equipment or just use the noodles rather than the weights.

Tomorrow….

8am-Training pool with adjustments.

7.15pm-Main pool-normal class.

Thank you for your understanding! I take no offence if you decide to give it a miss until it is fixed or if you attend class and decide to leave early!

URGENT UPDATE for Camberley…..

Due to a major technical issue Both my 8am-Aqua Fit and 8.10pm-Aqua Zumba classes on Monday are cancelled!

We will hopefully have an update by then

Friday 28th August-All my classes on this Friday are cancelled.

Monday 31st August (Bank Holiday) The ONLY class running on this day will be at Surrey Sports Park-12.15pm-Zumba. This will be covered by Samarah.
