🌟 Sensory hammock Classes

What is it?

A very gentle class where students will be guided through simple movements that will help improve balance, co ordination and body awareness

This is a very relaxed and adaptable class designed so students can get what they need out of the class. If a student would like to sit in a cocoon the entire time and have a gentle spin, they are more than welcome. Likewise if they want to play more with different shapes we can do that too 💜

When? ⏰

Fridays:
Juniors (ages 7-10) 15:45 - 16:30
Youth (ages 11 - 16) 16:45 - 17:30
Adults (ages 17+) 17:45 - 18:30

Saturdays:
Minis (ages 4-6) 14:30 - 15:15

Due to popular demand, I have increased the size of the Monday 20:30 - 21:30 beginner pole class from a maximum 2 per class to 3 per class and adjusted the price accordingly
