Our next 4 week learn to lift course starts on Tuesday the 4th of August, 19:00-20:00, just £40 for the whole course.

Suitable for adults from age 18 years onwards, no previous experience necessary.

Parking is available within the grounds of Portchester Community School. Unfortunately no dogs are allowed on site.

We have a club cafe offering hot and cold drinks and tasty treats, so please bring some loose change.
