Falmouth Docks Table Tennis Club is a friendly club, which invites beginners to high level table tennis players to productive training sessions.

🏓 Senior British League round 1🏓

What a fantastic weekend at London Academy! 🔥

Day 1 saw Bartek Bys, Martin Rule, Aiden Rollason and Heath Grace secure brilliant wins over St Austell 2 TTC 7–2 and Flick TTC 8–1.

Day 2 saw Tobit Dehnen, Martin Rule, Aiden Rollason and Heath Grace continue the winning form with 8–1 victories against both Thorpe TTC and Brighton TTC!

A huge shoutout to 12 year old Heath Grace, our youngest ever player to represent Falmouth Docks at Senior British League! Heath won 4/8 matches, with some fantastic performances and very close fifth end battles.

Amazing performances from all of our players and a brilliant team weekend💛🖤

Bring on Round 2 in November! 🏓

Last week saw the final evening of the Dennis Williams memorial singles league where we crowned the winner, top 3 finishers, the best junior and the best female player. 🏆

Below sees the final league table standings at the end of the 10 week competition. We want to thank everyone that has supported the competition over the last few months through playing and spectating. This year had the most players sign up since the competition began at 61, also consistently featuring over 30 players each week.

We look forward to seeing you all and more next year! For now we wish all players the best of luck in the upcoming season of the West Cornwall Table tennis league 🏓

🏓 Dennis Williams Memorial Singles League 2026🏓

What a fantastic 10 weeks it has been! We’ve had between 30-40 players taking part every round, with some brilliant matches, plenty of laughs and fantastic sportsmanship throughout. A massive thank you to everyone who supported the league and helped make it such a great event in memory of our former Chairman and Coach, Dennis Williams❤️

The last round of the Dennis Williams Memorial League 2026 is on tonight! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies will be presented as well as two new additional trophies Highest Placed Junior and Highest Placed Women.

Today was tournament day for Falmouth Docks TTC as 8 of our players travelled to Plymouth for the Joola Plymouth senior 1* tournament.

A great mix of players from the club entered across all abilities including Maz Bryant who entered her first 1* tournament! Some great experiences for all along with a brilliant showcase of table tennis skills and sportsmanship. Notable performances came from Saki Stratton who took home the 2nd place trophy from the woman’s singles after a flying start of winning every match 3-0 only losing sets and the match to the eventual winner of the group. Heath made it to the semi finals of the mixed consolation where he lost to the eventual winner in a close game. Aiden Rollason progressed into the men’s main draw knockout stage losing in the Round of 16 ( badly😂) to the eventual winner of the men’s singles. Everyone had some great matches and good wins in either the consolation or doubles events making it a good, fun day for all. Well played everyone!

Many thanks to our friends at Joola Plymouth Table Tennis Club for hosting another great tournament and we look forward to the next event when we hope that even more players will represent the club 🏓

ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

This coming Wednesday would usually be the 7th week of the Dennis Williams memorial singles league.

However, due to the events scheduled for Falmouth week (air show etc) and the occurrence of the solar eclipse all coinciding with the singles league in the evening, we have made the decision to postpone this weeks session.

We are still aiming to have 10 weeks, with the final week now being the 9th September. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please can everyone make sure the word gets out to their fellow club mates as traffic is expected to be heavy and we would hate for them to have a wasted journey. The centre will still be open for training 🏓
