A little post about me…
I love yoga and feel so grateful to teach it but am not the best at this social media marketing stuff.
After nearly 10 years of teaching, however, it’s about time I review my relationship with it all. Keep posted for the new website incoming…
In the meantime…
Along my yoga teaching journey pregnancy and postnatal yoga became a really special part of what I do and yoga is so much more than the poses and breathing practices - what I love is everything that happens around it.
The making of new friends, the conversations about pregnancy, birth, feeding, sleep and motherhood. Babies crying, babies giggling, women laughing and crying in solidarity, teary eyes after listening to wonderful poems (Hollie McNish we salute you!) and the coffee and pastries post class (Stones Bakery, bakery and cafe in Falmouth and Penryn we salute you too!)
However you find yourself…
Come. As. You. Are
You are so very welcome
