Anyone got any advice for plantar fasciitis? Had a pain in my heel now for 5 days worse in the morning (hoping it isn’t this !) but gonna be in a TT hall for about 10 hours next week and got a wedding soon wearing heels, my TT shoes are the only thing that’s comfy 🥴is it worth getting work done on it?
